Job Responsibilities for Assy Technician

Inspect equipment and system to identify any issue and repairing on Towa Mold ,ASM mold Fico mold and ASM crop.
Perform general maintenance task including schedule repairs.
Capable of reading and understanding information contained within job travelers to assure that all requirements or special instructions applicable to the job are met.
Capable of following traveler, layout, and wire bond ,Die Attach, Mold ,Crop according to specifications.
Responsible for machine set up and verification of the machine parameters to ensure that they are within the correct specifications.
Able to set up wire bonder based on wire bonding. Including bond coordinates, loop profiles and bonding conditions.
Able to perform mold chase and crop tooling conversion as per production schedule.
Trouble shoot and maintain ASM or KNS wire bonders.
Debug and resolve wire bond issues like Wire short, Wire proximity, Tangent ball, loop height and etc
Job Specification

Experience with gold or copper or silver ball wire bond required.
Experience with ASM or KNS wire bonders (Eagle 60AP and Eagle Extreme) required
Experience with ASM or TOWA molding and ASM or fico cropping
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Able to work shift
Good written and verbal communications
Exposed to Innovative C and Circle and LEAN methodology, Reliability Centered Maintenance
