Job description

Responsibility:

• Responsible to preventive maintenance activities
• To resolve and troubleshoot all the issues with related to printing machines and associated equipment.
• Respond and attend to issues or concerns related to building and hostel maintenance such as air conditioning system, lighting, electrical and etc.
• Schedule regular maintenance activities, carrying out ongoing preventative maintenance programs.
• Liaise with contractors and supervise maintenance/renovation works and when required.
• Ensure that facility grounds and parking area are clean of debris and garbage ans its surroundings does not pose any danger to pedestrian and vehicles.
• To attend to all general repairs and restoration works as assigned by superior.
• Undertakes repair works, and completes them within the given timeframe.
• To assist in in-house maintenance servicing and ensure that the building and warehouse is well maintained in all aspect.
• Supervise and liaise with contractors for any maintenance repairs ensuring standard of work is adhered to at all time.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs and repairing doors/windows.
• Ensures the overall security of a building and the equipment within.
• To carry out any other duties and job function instructed from time to time by the Company or persons acting on behalf of the company.
• Any other adhoc task given from time to time.

Requirement:

• Willing to work in shift and weekend.
• Able to adhere to the planned maintenance schedule.
• Able to read and understand M&E drawings.
• Able to maintain and troubleshooting / repair electrical / mechanical problems on the machines and building facilities.
• Able to test electrical wiring, equipment using testing devices such as Megger Tester & multimeter.
• Candidate must possess at least a SKM, Wireman (PW), Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering , Engineering in Electrical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical or equivalent.
• Working experience in Printing / Automation / Packaging company is an advantage.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
