Job description
Responsibilities:1. To perform all general operational and preventive maintenance tasks to install, repair, trouble-shoot, maintain and service all electrical and mechanical system.
2. Electrical Works – involving repairing, replacing, modification of faulty wiring system concerning DB/Switch boards, fuses, power sockets, switches, controllers, light fittings, bulbs etc
3. Mechanical Works – involving periodic servicing of AHU/split/cassette units, gas-fillings, parts repair and plumbing works for building’s toilets involving piping & fittings replacement
4. Fire Protection Works – involving repairing/replacing of faulty wirings and fittings; emergency light, alarm bell, smoke detectors etc
5. To supervise works carried out by vendors for Pest Control, Fire Protection and Cleaning Works.
6. To ensure all assigned duties are followed-up and completed in a timely manner.
7. Following stipulated industry safety procedures and working regulations.
8. To attend and solve all complaints raised by the Tenants.
9. To ensure proper filling of essential maintenance related documents.
10. Able to use desktop computer and familiar with basic MS Word & Excel files
Requirements: -
1. Minimum Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering issued by approved body;
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English;
3. At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
4. Must possess knowledge and previous exposure in electrical, mechanical and maintenance works involving office building;
5. The candidate must be hands-on, hardworking, responsible and able to work independently.
