• To attend any breakdown on electrical, air-con, plumbing, BAS and any related to building services operations.
• Possess at least SPM education level/ technical college.
• At least 1 year or related experience.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English.
• Knowledgeable in electrical, air-con, plumbing, firefighting, telephone system, lift and etc.
