• Berumur 25 tahun ke atas.
• Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Diploma.
• Pendidikan dalam bidang Marketing dan Customer Service adalah kelebihan.
• Keputusan SPM minima 2A's ke atas.
• Mahir dalam kerja-kerja pengkeranian, dan pengurusan pejabat.
• Mempunyai kebolehan komunikasi dan penulisan yang baik dalam bahasa Melayu dan bahasa Inggeris.
• Berpengetahuan tentang produk Petroleum adalah satu kelebihan.
• Boleh bekerja lebih masa.
• Boleh mengendalikan Microsoft Excel dengan baik.
• Boleh bekerja dibawah pengawasan yang minima.
