Primary Objective:

• To provide high quality first level customer service support that exceeds expectations to customers of RHB Investment Bank. Duties include handling customers’ enquiries, feedbacks and complaints pertaining to RHB TradeSmart, Share Trading or Futures products & services via telephone, emails and chats customers of RHB Investment Bank.
• Ensure excellent handling and end-to-end resolution of requests and complaints originated from inbound requests
• Consistently gain knowledge, be efficient and professional to deliver high service quality
• Analyze reasons for customer to call and work with internal teams to improve processes or system functionality which may reduce inbound call volume.
• Execute required operational task and provide operational expertise to the department.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first level of customer service support.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries, request and complaints pertaining to RHB TradeSmart, Share Trading or Futures products & services via telephone, email and chat platform promptly.
• Provide an accurate, efficient and good quality service that leads to high customer satisfaction.
• Perform and complete any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior to gain exposure and learn additional skills.

Functions

• Provide customer service and support for any inbound customer queries
• Monitor call, email and chat statistics for Call Centre SLA and team performance expectation.
• Execute operational task that require functional expertise or skills
• Produce necessary output, in line with the objective of the team
• Provide feedback on key issues faced by both customers and teams

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or related field.
