- Responsible and accountable for developing strategy, planning, experimenting, scaling, executing, monitoring, and evaluating product marketing campaigns in the social media ecosystem, adhering to agreed quantitative and qualitative metrics. This includes, but is not limited to content creation, influencer engagement, community engagement, workflow, reporting, and analytics.
- Working closely with product marketing, customer care, central social media and brand strategy teams to build the social media muscles of Traveloka Transport products.
- Define, track, monitor, organize, and evaluate key metrics, KPIs, and goals (quantitative and qualitative) for Social Media performance evaluation.
- Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities for social media strategy and execution process by remaining up-to-date with the latest trends in content, communities, social media, and product-related landscape.
Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experiences)
- 1-2 years of experience in communications, community management, preferably on digital and social media.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience working cross-functionally with an array of internal teams.
- Deep understanding of local and regional culture, trends, social media channels, and personalities especially in the travel industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English a must, Bahasa Malaysia or Tagalog a plus).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
- Demonstrate winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
- Possess great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with procurement process will be an advantage.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to learn and work with agility in a rapidly-changing, international team environment.
