- Report to Painting Section Head or his assigned.
- Support data collection for performance Improvement.
- Keep record of scrap and coordinate disposal.
- Work towards reduction of waste material and setup time.
- Set production target for individual worker.
- Support TPM Program and ensures subordinate work towards reducing down time.
- Support process improvement towards efficiency and skill upgrading of subordinates.
- Ensure quality, accuracy and timely readiness of goods produced.
- Planned overtime work for subordinates where necessary.
- Daily planning and report for subordinates work target and achievement.
- Maintain good house keeping and 5'S.
- Ensure tool and equipment traceability and accountable for its losses.
- Daily update of material movement/transaction of work in progress as per PFR.
- Responsible for subordinates safety and safe process in work place.
- Coordinate daily material flow to ensure smooth operation of UWC's commitment.
- Liase with Quality Department for quick turnaround of work in progress for clearance.
- Provide training and motivation to subordinate.
- Conduct daily morning meeting focusing on safety, quality, discipline and process efficiency.
- Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures and shop floor rules.
- Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulation as will as such standards, practices and procedures instituted by the Company.
- Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by Department Head.
- Minimum Diploma On Mechnical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
- 23 years related working experience.
- Computer literate.
