Responsibilities:

• Handling all the video productions that will be used in all social media platforms.

• Assembling all raw footage, with camera shots either recorded or transferred onto video tape in preparation for inputting into the computer.

• Digitally cutting files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what's usable.

• Creating a 'rough cut' (or assembly edit) of the programme/film and determining the exact cutting for the next and final stages.

• ​Rearranging and fine-tuning the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the film/video.

• ​Suggesting or selecting music.

• Quality control of all deliverables while maintaining excellent communication with the project manager.

• Archiving RAW and completed projects according to given standards.

• ​Managing and working across multiple projects to reach assigned deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• ​Diploma/Degree graduate or equivalency.

• ​Advance in video editing skills.

• ​Advance in handling cameras (DSLR and Mirrorless) and other video equipment.

• ​Good knowledge with offline/online video editing tools (FCPX, Adobe After Effects, Apple Motion).

• ​Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.

• ​Excellent command of English both written and oral and an effective collaborator.

• ​Good team player.

• Ability to work on tight deadlines.

• ​Basic Photography & Graphic Designing skills.

• Proven experience in editing (please provide portfolio).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
