Job description

• Take delivery of goods and supplies
• Check for damaged or missing items
• Store goods appropriately
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch
• Move stock around either by hand, using lifting equipment or a fork lift truck
• Load goods for dispatch
• Ensure delivery of materials to production lines in accordance with production standards
• Input data regarding stock and inventory into a computerized system
• Keep accurate stock records
• Carry out stock counts as and when required
• Keep paperwork up to date
• Ensure that all lifting and maneuvering of product is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
• Handle any hazardous materials in an appropriate manner
• Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency
• Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value

The CSM Group began its involvement in the industrial service and hardware supply business as CSM Engineering Hardware (M) Sdn Bhd in Puchong in the 1990s. With the dawning of the
Third Millenium, a bold decision was taken to engage the hardware retail business and a branch was set up in Section 25 in Shah Alam in 2001. We were overwhelmed by the response and twoyears later, another branch was established in Section 27, Shah Alam.

Our flagship hyper-store CSM Hardware City was set up as a One-Stop Hardware Hypermarket
to cater to the needs of household DIY and professionals in the construction and industrial
sectors.

Outlets available: Shah Alam (Seksyen 25 and Seksyen 27), Klang (Bukit Raja and Taman Sentosa), Petaling Jaya, Rawang, Kota Kemuning and Bukit Kemuning.
