Job description

1.To receive deliveries of goods arrived and to inspect for damage and faults.

2.To count and confirm quantity and type of goods arrived as per Invoice.

3.To inform Head of Department immediately of any discrepancies in terms of quantity, brand or type of goods received as well as its condition.

4.To do marking and labeling of stocks in an accurate and visible manner.

5.To pick and do stock distribution according to allocation given to outlets.

6.Monitoring of expiry date of stocks and ensure stocks taken out for distribution is on First Expire First Out basis.

7.To ensure the storage areas are free from potential hazards (i.e. moist, leakage, water seeping) that could affect the quality of products.

8.To ensure storage area are neat and goods are easily retrieved.

9.Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.

10.Properly organize cartons and pallets for disposal.
