We are looking for Warehouse Assistant Manager or Manager in FMCG industry to join our team family. Role Objective:
To ensure the warehouse operate with efficiency and effectiveness, customer satisfaction being the primary goal by supervising, organizing, establishing, coaching & training, monitoring, directing and managing operation goals.

Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes and transport shipping.

Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-and-long term performance goals.

Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.

Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, joining, following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements. An ERT member to join.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
To manage all warehouse operations including ISO, HALAL, MESTI, SIRIM and DOSH requirements and procedures.

To manage all warehouse staffs and provide appropriate training, coaching and advise regularly for operational improvement.

Capable of using REACH Trucks and Forklifts and familiar with other warehouse equipment.

To ensure the staffs job task executed effectively and transportation are handled swiftly and efficiently.

To ensure regular stocks checks during loading and uploading of goods.

Daily stock cycle count to be done.

Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping and customer service.

Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfilment centre, manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.

Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.

Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyse and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.

To oversee and manage the picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation and administrative functions.

To implement operational policies and procedures.

Motivating and disciplining staffs /employees.

Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.

Maintaining awareness and knowledge of Occupational, Safety & Health (OSH), condition and location of fleet vehicles.

Assisting in oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drives and air partners to ensure efficient delivery packages.

Assisting the Directors’ as when required.

Job Specifications / Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration or Logistics or equivalent in any disciplines.
Must have at least of 5 to 10 years of experiences and knowledges in similar field.
Must have a valid drivers’ license.
Have the ability to operate forklift effectively.
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft offices.
Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System (FSMS), DOSH and NIOSH requirements.
All that required for the position as a Professional Manager in similar field.
Candidates possess diploma or Professional Certificates with 10 to 15 Years experiences in such field are encouraged to apply.
