To update accounting records into accounting system and to ensure that accounting records are up to date and accessible; To monitor and to prepare payments on time to ensure all credit terms given by the principals and suppliers are adhered to; Management and control of petty cash Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system. To update the monthly aging report. To assists superior as when required. To handle multiple account system issue invoice (ACCPAC) To assists superior as when required. To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as when required
