JOB SUMMARY:
To be responsible for all data entry related works in warehouse, including receiving, storage and delivery of goods. .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To be responsible for key in and record all inbound and outbound of stock by orders in WMS
To be responsible to key in and input all necessary documents formatted data for warehouse operation in WMS.
To perform any necessary system operation if required.
To be responsible for key in daily inbound and outbound orders in system.
Sorting and controlling documentation of delivery notes with proper filling;
To be responsible to confirm and witness any discrepancies and stock damages;
To be responsible for data accuracy entered into system.
To be responsible to raise Purchase Requisition Forms if any purchase requests;
Execution and enforcement of HR ISO 9001 policies and participate in audits;
Any other job as assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma or related field. Having Logistics related certificate will an added advantage;
Min. 1 – 2 years’ working experience in related field (logistics & warehousing);
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
Able to work at Johor Senai;
Good communication skills and able to write and converse effectively in English (able to speak mandarin will be an added advantage)
