- Must possess at least a Bachelor degree or Master degree in Warehouse Operation/Supply Chain related logistics, supply management, demand management and operational management.
- At least 7-8 years of working experience in logistics
- Experience with WMS or any related Warehouse System
- Experience working in E-commerce will be added advantage.
- Must be able to negotiate and communicate effectively.
- Proficient in Analytical skill, Problem Solving and Decision Making.
- Computer literacy with understanding on MS office (MS Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good leadership, Good team player initiative, passionate & pleasant personality.
Tanggungjawab
- Ensures proper planning and execution of the daily operation activities in complying with the SOPs, achieving the operations KPIs and meeting customers' expectation.
- Monitors and controls all the E-DC activities are carried out in the most efficient manner with accuracy and within the required lead-time.
- Ensures all transactions are processed accurately and timely, including warehouse system updating
- Liaises and coordinates with any other third-party suppliers (like transporters, and others) whenever is required for completing the necessary logistics functions. Also, manages and controls the required performance level (KPIs) of the third-party suppliers.
- Coordinates with internal IT team in setting up and implementing the necessary Wins++ with compliance to operations requirements
- Ensures on-time submission of transactions' documents and the required reports (accurately) to the DC Controller
- Monitor on daily Orders Fulfillment within the Timeline
- Communicate with X-Dock & Storage Team on daily incoming Orders which is belongs to 889 Stocks (ECOM).
- Conducting Staff Refreshment Training on the process
- Partial Orders Fulfillment Tracking
- Monitor the Picking and Packing Accuracy.
- Excess Weekly Write Back
- Manages his team through effective planning, organizing and controlling of work schedule and headcount mobilization
- Ad-hoc reports require by Management (if any)
