Job description
- Receiving and checked the incoming raw material, spare parts & finished good.
- Responsible for the overall management of the entire warehouse.
- Update stock card from time to time to ensure they are tally with the actual stock quantity
- In-charge of documentation - D/O and invoice received from supplier, Shipment Outgoing for every delivery etc.
- Ensure daily housekeeping is carried out and the cleanliness of the store
- Responsible for preparing monthly inventory report for raw material, spare parts and finished good to account department
- Review and streamline work processes and procedures to ensure efficiency in operations
- Examine and inspect stock items and reporting any damage to supervisors
- Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment
- Transact inventory movements and verify inventory computations
- Interface with Customer Service, Technical Service and delivery personnel
- Assist and develop positive rapport with all staff
- Help with any shipping and receiving needs
- In charge of domestic and worldwide courier
- Other duties as assigned/required by immediate superior or the Management.
