Southwire is seeking Warehouse Specialists to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA! This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits after 30 days and great pay that just keeps getting better with regular increases, bonuses, and even a daily pay option to help you make it until payday!
Available Shifts:
2nd (3p-11p)
3rd (11p-7a)
All new hires are required to train 1 week on 1st shift (7a-3p, Mon-Fri)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday + possibility of overtime on the weekend
Compensation:
$21.14 + $1 shift differential = $22.14/hr starting rate
Increases every 60-90 days for the first 6 months
$2,000 sign-on bonus
What you’ll do:
- Operate forklift to load and unload trucks and move material in the warehouse
- Stage finished products
- Entering data using warehouse computer applications
What you’ll need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience operating a forklift
- Previous manufacturing/warehouse or similar industrial experience required
- Must have basic computer skills – MS Excel, MS Word, Data Entry, SAP desirable
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
