Job description

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to plan, create, maintain, coordinate and deliver high quality and SEO optimized contents such as words, images, video across the company websites including content landing pages and product listing pages.
• Collaborating with the wider team across E-Commerce team, Web Developer, SEO and Design team to identify and improve the customer journey, ensure product consistency across desktop, mobile, table, apps, while understanding the impact of each, and prioritizing according.
• Proactively ensure that website copy, products and website categories are current and up-to-date.
• Assisting with the overall content strategy and creating regular briefs for recommendations on improvements.
• An understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) especially primary keywords is a must.
• Work with external parties to ensure brand guidelines and full digital requirements are given and executed.
• Assist in increasing site conversion, product view, in-site searches conversion, website bounce rate and click conversion rate.
• Ad hoc tasks delegated by superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in related field or its equivalent.
• Excellent written skills and verbal communication skills
• Excels at working within a team whilst managing their own workload efficiently.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar position
• Experience of working with and managing information across different Content Management Systems.
• Experience of working with Google Analytics.
• Experience of MS Office – Word, Excel etc.
• • Basic html knowledge preferred.
• • Commercial, dynamic and used to a fast paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
