Requirements

• Certificate in MIG and TIG welding.
• Excellent trade skills in MIG, TIG & Gas welding.
• Passion for creating strong and beautiful welding seams.
• Strong knowledge of metal properties and experience with all types of metals.
• Experienced in working with SHS, RHS, Round Tube, Sheet metal.
• Experienced in SS, MS & Aluminium.
• Experienced in RHS, SHS & Sheetmetal.
• Experienced at machining is a bonus.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Excellent attitude towards safety with adherence towards protective clothing and gear.
• Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, initiative, team spirit, drive and commitment.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Mission

Job Description

Typical duties of this role will include:

• Weld vehicle chassis on a jig.
• Weld metal panels to form complex shapes (ie. Fuel tank or bumper bar).
• Support other departments with welding tasks.
• Any other welding tasks.
• Metal Fabrication department housekeeping.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years experience.
