Collectively, the Finance team will support Zone ASEAN & Malaysia Executive & CS Management teams, as well as other Departmental stakeholders at Zone & Country level in driving any Financial and Commercial topics related to proper functioning of CS Business Your task and responsibilities: You will control OWC performance (esp. overdue AR, inventory) for Zone ASEAN & Malaysia You will monitor and report Service-related Assets (e.g. inventory optimization) for Zone & Malaysia You will support in Contract Bookings and invoicing You will manage the Call ID reviews for Malaysia covering In Vivo and In Vitro and initiation of corrective measures (JV preparation) You will support Malaysia Customer Services (CS) team in various reporting (E2C &I3) covering Imaging & Diagnostics, OOH Reporting, periodical Balance Sheet Reviews & Audit You will assist to compile Service - related accruals and provisions at Zone Level for DX CS You will support monthly controlling of In vivo CS Financial KPIs(ACT / risk + opportunities/ FTE/ Productivity) for Zone ASEAN & Malaysia You will support CS In Vivo KFD and commentary preparation for sharing with Zone FI You will support CS MBR/MTA planning and alignment calls for both Zone ASEAN and Malaysia covering In Vivo and DX You will support necessary coordination and alignment with BLs on MTA/ MBR related target settings incl. pre-alignment calls You will support ASN CS FI Speaker in decision making by challenging monthly CS Country FC's (reflection of potential up/downside) and providing insights/feedback/proposals on the Act/FC development across countries You will monitor the In Vivo OCOGS Malaysia You will monitor the CSS performance for Zone ASEAN You will support ASN CS FI Speaker in headcount planning for Zone & Malaysia You will monitor DX Total Service Cost as per MTA/MBR for Zone ASEAN & Malaysia You will be responsible for reporting CS Financial Risks and Opportunities to Zone DX FI team You will identify continuous improvement opportunities particularly with a view towards the digitalization of processes and reporting tools that aid the creation and maintenance of management information dashboards with up-to-date and meaningful information for both monitoring and decision making You will involve in continuous development to adapt to financial accounting changes and develop the necessary skills needed in the age of digitalization You will support ASN CS FI speaker and CS FI Head, Malaysia in CS strategic initiatives e.g. price increasing measures/PIA You will support realization of productivity measures particularly VAM, MCP for Zone ASEAN and Malaysia You will support in NCC reporting for In Vivo and DX at Country and Zone Level To find out more about the specific business, have a look at https://www.siemens-healthineers.com/en-MY/ Your qualifications and experiences: A minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a similar Finance role with exposure to Internal Management and Customers You have ACA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent You have exposure to Performance Controlling & Complex data consolidation in a multinational environment You can support change management activities and driving continuous improvement projects You have experience in the field of Customer Services within the Healthcare industry Your personality and skills: You can prioritize work considering a complex matrix of inputs- You have good communication capability, organizational capability, presentation capability You possess good management and organizational skills You have a can-do attitude Our global team : We are a team of 66,000 highly dedicated employees across more than 70 countries passionately pushing the boundaries of what's possible in healthcare to help improve people's lives around the world.
