Job Description
JOB PURPOSE

• In-charge of Account payable
• In-charge of Account receivable
• In-charge of GL transactions
• Handle full set of accounts

CORE JOB DUTIES

• In-charge of local and oversea suppliers / expenses payment. Check to make sure all due payments will be proposed to the manager for payment arrangement.
• In-charge of AP, AR & GL. Input purchases and expenses into the system (international). By end of the month, check to make sure all payment and receipts issued are in order, before proceeding to close cash book.
• Assist to check on sales invoice billings performed by coordinators from time to time, before sales closing to make sure all items are keyed in with correct cost centre, and all invoice numbers are in order.
• To do the deletion or cancellation on those DOs and invoices that need to delete and re-issue. Check to make sure all deletion / cancellation had been done correctly with a valid reason.
• Responsible to generate and prepare stock aging report), sales & collections report, Sales & AR report.
• Keep the P.O from coordinators and match with invoice/DO, then key into OBM. When the due date, please arrange payment and get approval from MD.
• Prepare Bank reconciliation and update cash book.
• Handle petty cash and issue the petty cash voucher for other expenses, after passing to manager for approval.
• Prepare monthly management account and other reports.
• Assist in all audit/tax schedule and audit/tax enquiries from auditors and tax agent for interim / year-end audit.
