Job description
Responsibilities

  • Handle preparation of full set of accounts.
  • Handle daily accounting operations and transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
  • Ensure all accounting entries entered into the accounting system are accurate and complete with proper supporting documents.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded and updated in a timely manner.
  • Maintain proper filing of all accounting records and documentation.
  • Assist manager in the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting including yearly audit.
  • Identify and report any accounting related issues to the manager.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve accounting issues.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agent and bankers, where necessary.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
Requirement
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
