Job description
Requirements:
  • Minimum SPM or STPM, Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 year experience in Administrative field.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Well-versed in using Microsoft Office and other spread sheet applications.
  • Preferably Chinese speaking candidate
  • Malaysians only.
  • Able to start immediately.
Job Description:
  • Maintain and perform a variety of daily administrative duties in order to ensure smooth running of Company business such as office equipment and stationery, handle incoming and outgoing calls and other day-to-day administrative duties
  • To prepare correspondences as and when required by the management
  • To record and keep track of all incoming and outgoing correspondences information
  • To do filing for all incoming and outgoing correspondences with systematic filing systems
  • To prepare and submit documents to the relevant parties
  • To do EPF & SOCSO contribution and other HR related tasks
  • To monitor and follow up for any assigned tasks
  • To liaise with external parties – Clients, Vendor, Government Departments and etc for Company related matters
  • Coordinate and assist with other section or department as necessary to support smooth running of operation; thereafter achieve the department objective
  • To perform any other duties as management may require from time to time
