Requirements

  • Minimum SPM Standard
  • Able writing English Letter
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • No experience is acceptable

Responsibilities

  • Maintain files and records (data entry and filing etc).
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (queries, client complaint etc.)
  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues or clients.
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and filing invoices, receipts etc.

Benefits

  • Working Hour: 8.30am to 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)

: 8.30am to 12.30pm (Saturday)
