Company Overview
The company was first established in 2000, focusing on general construction works in Government, Semi-Government and Private development sectors. Over the years, the company has developed into a well diversified corporation involved mainly in construction, agriculture and plantation businesses, with more than 70 projects in 15 years including Building, Infrastructure and Bridge works, LRT stations, Road and Earth works.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company
- To handle assets and expenses management (i.e. maintain record of company properties including company assets, cars, mobile telephones, laptops and assist in cost control and monitoring)
- Main person to handle and check of office utilities bills
- Responsible and maintain folder of data store in Admin server
- Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Ensure all aspects of company secretarial duties and functions in relation to compliance with the statutory regulations and requirements
- Maintain a proper and efficient filling system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
- Office administration – cleaning, arrangement, hygiene, preparation of work station for new staff
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma or Degree in any related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Admin
- Fresh grads will also be considered
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Efficient time-management and direction
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Honest, ethical and dependable
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
- Willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
