Responsibilities- To manage general administrative and accounting matters
- To manage accounts using accounting software & coordinate and checking monthly financial reports
- To manage the cash flow and monitor financial transactions within the company to ensure there are no discrepancies in reports.
- To coordinate with peers within the department to update records for financial requests and for purchase orders
- To coordinate with suppliers for Inventory Management, including purchasing tasks
- To be responsible for the overall human resource function of the organization.
- Manage the recruitment process in line with business needs.
- Liaise with third party outsource company to assist payroll management
- To coordinate with various regulatory authorities and any other relevant authorities for the submission of related documents.
- To prepare and edit correspondences, reports and presentations
- Any other tasks as and when required by the management
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Basic bookkeeping and math skills
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to stay calm and on-task in high-stress situations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion with personal and confidential information
- 5 years of experience as Administrative Assistant Manager
- Knowledge in AutoCount will be advantage
