You are required to execute strategies and provide sales support to internal and external stakeholders, in particularly, the agency force, in delivering Division/region’s targets.

Key Responsibilities

• To formulate and execute strategies in developing and managing agencies at various localities in achieving the agreed productivity for all agencies nationwide
• To lead execution of agency transformation activities
  To collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in achieving Division’s targets.
• Responsible in assisting agency leaders in grooming and driving agents’ productivity.
• To ensure compliance is being up-hold in conducting life insurance business.
• To conduct communication session with the agency members on all Company’s latest development and important issues.
• To conduct periodical performance review with the agency leaders and agents to ensure agents’ performance are on tract.
• To solve business related matters and able to support agencies under his/her supervision.
• To build good business relationship with agency members through agencies’ visit, attend morning meeting and agency activities.

Key Requirements

• Degree in any related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably candidate with at least 2 years of working experience in Sales or Financial Services.
• Possess own transport and must be able to travel.
• Result driven, able to achieve targets assigned and able to work independently.
