Assistant Commercial Embroidery Machine Operator is needed for St. George employer to work in the embroidery production department. Experience preferred. On-site training will be provided to ensure company standards. Job responsibilities mainly include: assist in machine embroidery of apparel and accessories, maintain machine operation during shift, trim finished embroidered items with scissors, be able to follow verbal and written instructions well while following production line schedule, be self reliant and work well in a team environment, and follow company policy. Job does require physical activity with some light lifting, and employee will be standing during shift. Will need to have good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail and product quality, ability to keep up with fast paced production, and efficiently operate commercial embroidery machines and machine software. Operator will set up and use Barudan embroidery machines. Success of the operation relies on timeliness, attendance and consistency. Work schedule will be Monday-Friday full time. Starting pay is negotiable depending on experience, $13.00-$15.00+ per hour after probation period. Paid vacation and holiday pay will be offered to full time employees.
