- To handle the maintenance of township, e.g , landscape and building.
- To lead a group of workers, supervising, monitoring and keep track of the workers daily works.
- To attend purchaser complaints on defect rectification by liaising with customer care, contractor and consultants.
- To work out daily record of all defect and maintenance works.
Job Requirements
- Posses at least vocational or Diploma in related field.
- Has works experience of the maintenance works or defect .
- Experience in COWs or customer care in developer.
- Has good knowledge of township maintenance works preferable.
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills dealing with customers.
- Has basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel software.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
