Bookkeeper Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)
- Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Maintain financial records and company asset records
- Manage and facilitate payroll
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables
- Ordering inventory for office & manufacturing facilities & negotiating with vendors
- Prepare financial statement
- Maintain inventory records
- Use Quickbooks Manufacturing
Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Bookkeeping in a manufacturing setting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 3+ years experience using Quickbooks Manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards & regulations
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
