We are looking for a Bookkeeper that is highly skilled in accounting and enjoys working in an collaborative environment. If this sounds like you, you may be the candidate we are searching for. A short-term contract / temporary position, this Bookkeeper role would be located in the Mesa, Arizona region. - Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries
- Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
- Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping
- Manage and review general ledger
- Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP)
- QuickBooks experience
- Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
- Earlier experience working with various types of accounting software desired
