Job description

1. To perform and attend to all general maintenance and operation issues. (eg; electrical system, plumbing system, and air condition).
2. To perform routine inspection of premises and equipment.
3. To respond to any emergency call for break down and other. equipment/machinery to repair or service.
4. To monitor all installation and servicing works by contractor.
5. Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• Working hours Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Saturday 9.00am-1.30pm.
