TWO95 International SDN BHD. is looking for a Regional Business Development executive to join our dynamic team as we continue to grow and expand our business into the Asia Pacific region.
As Business Development Executive, you will have both the support that comes with a well established technology staffing company that has started to scale. This is an opportunity for abundant growth, responsibility, career and travel opportunities that come with a startup in this new region.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience of selling IT business solutions, IT Product Sales, IT staffing and support into corporate in this Asian Region.

Requirements:
The Business Development Executive Professional will conduct business development strategies in promoting IT Solutions, Product sales and IT Staffing in different sectors as well as locate, source, and assist in recruiting appropriate professional talent as per the clients’ requests with a concentration in the information technology space. You will have the following primary duties:

Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage the sales function across agreed geographies
  • Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with potential customers and partners to understand their business and identify opportunities for the providing IT Solutions, Staffing and IT support.Establish and maintain goals for each identified opportunity.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets through a mixture of new business sales (direct and via partners and resellers) and account management
  • Attend business meetings, trade shows, industry events etc. Excellent communication skills in English, Malay and good to have knowledge and network in other SE Asian countries.
  • Conduct strategic business development related to Talent Acquisition/Recruiting needs within organizations.
  • Conducts external searches through strategic sourcing in Malaysia and South East Nations (networking, cold-calling, etc.), this involves travelling to other countries and must have multi lingual capabilities.
  • Develops and implements sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates ( Staffing)
  • Identifies and researches new innovative and creative sourcing methods
  • Utilizes online social and professional networking sites to connect with potential passive candidates
  • Initiate direct call, email, and referral campaigns to market endevis’s opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Information Technology professionals through various networks and social media platforms.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Sales preferred
  • Previous work experience in IT Sales , ARI products, subscription modelsales, IT Recruiting is must.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written. (English, Malay and any plus if other S.E. languages)
  • Confident telephone manners for cold calls
  • Ability to work long hours with extensive phone/computer interface
  • Strong customer service skills including detail oriented follow up withclients and candidates
  • Proficient in the use of the internet for research
