We are looking for an experienced, forward-looking business planning specialist to identify, quantify and develop plans for new business opportunities to leverage our deep expertise in global markets. This role will be playing a part of a growing, centralized strategy team tasked with partnering with a diverse set of trading businesses across the company to develop and execute on business plans. Within assigned areas of focus, you will be tasked with helping our operations team think beyond today into what’s possible tomorrow, identify gaps in our team’s experience and highlight out those underutilized expertise.

Job Description:

• Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program;
• Develop and review company policies;
• Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations

through detailed reports;

• Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and

compliance violations;

• Regularly audit company procedures, practices and documents to identify

possible weaknesses or risks;

• Assess company operations to determine compliance risk;
• Internal audit and overall management of official documents in the region;
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments, which include but not limited to special reviews

as and when required by the Management.

• Bachelor Degree holder;
• Minimum 2 years and above working experience;
• Excellent command of written and verbal Mandarin, English and Bahasa

Malaysia as this role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients/
stakeholders;

• Able to prepare process flow chart and develop Standard Operating Procedures;
• Be result-oriented, curiosity and responsible.
