Our Location:890 Dawsonville Hwy, Suite C, Gainesville, Georgia 30501. Chiropractic Assistant’s schedule: M-Th: 8:00-12:00 and 2:00-6:00; F: 8-12 (Hours may change) Your Mission as Chiropractic Assistant:This position exists to increase and build the office into a successful enterprise. It further exists to make sure every patient has a tremendous and memorable experience each time they come to the office. Also, to ensure all systems operate in an efficient and smooth manner so that the normal operations of the office continue without any mistakes or hinderances. Chiropractic Assistant’s duties and responsibilities:· Maintaining order and smooth operations in the office. · Introducing new patients to the office.· Discussing with patients their treatment plans. · Signing patients up for (new) services. · Maintaining reports. Required experience and qualifications:· Minimum 2 years of experience as a chiropractic assistant· Experience managing an office· Ideally you are bilingual - Spanish and English. · Very well organized and comfortable creating reports & entering data into computers Preferred soft skills and personality traits:· Fluency in Spanish is Strongly Recommended· Very well organized· Superb ability to talk with patients and communicate ideas.· Must be enthusiastic about chiropractic treatment so that others feel the care. Offered salary and other compensation:Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a base yearly salary of $40,000 to $50,000.
