Franklin Wellness and Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility located in Franklin TN is seeking a qualified CNA! DAY/NIGHT SHIFT AVAILABLE!

CNA Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including serving meals, ambulating, turning and positioning residents, etc.
• Help residents with personal hygiene
• Provide adjunct care
• Daily medical record documentation
• Assist the nurses and other staff as needed
• Provide resident comfort by utilizing resources and material, answering call lights and requests, and reporting observations to the Charge/ Staff Nurse
• Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures, and abide by federal, state and local requirements
• Protect our values by keeping patient information confidential
