We are hiring for CNC Machine Operators or CNC Machinist to join our team. We are open to anyone with entry level experience or if someone has experience then that is great! This is a full time and long term permanent job. The Machinists maintain and operate machinery. Anyone with Mill or Lathe Machinist experience is great. They will be trained to have a strong understanding of the machines they work with. In-depth training may be required in order to prepare a machine operator for their daily duties. We will train anyone to work on the machines as we do extensive training and orientations on how to operate the equipment safely.

Schedule: 2nd shifts available. Monday - Friday - 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Machine operators Job Description

• Responsible for the daily operations of the CNC machines
• Sets up and operates a variety of machines/machining equipment.
• It is helpful to have experience in programming or editing
• knowledge of G Codes is helpful
• Prepares and maintains the various types of tooling, jigs, and fixtures normally associated with the equipment/machines.
• Performs routine preventative and corrective maintenance functions.
• Maintains the appropriate documentation required in mechanical manufacturing processes.
• Quality check and testing of products to ensure quality requirements are met
• Sets up and operates a variety of machines/machining equipment.
• Setup and operate jobs with minimal assistance
• Be able to adjust offsets to maintain dimensional integrity
• Ability to inspect own work with minimal assistance
• Meet production standards and quality expectations
• Ability to document results accurately
• Understand and comply with all department safety policies and procedures
• Know and apply the Quality System and any appropriate Federal and International standards
• Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary

• Troubleshooting, CNC machine , Production , Hardware , Machining , Swiss , Lathe , Mill, Set up, calipers, blue print, editing, g code, programming
