Job description
Responsibility :
- Perform task at sales counter to greet customer.
- Handling incoming phone call inquiries.
- Help customer to place order, membership registration and other inquires at counter.
- Provide customers with information about company products.
- Encashment reimbursement and submit to finance.
- Prepare claim forms and payment request for finance, Petty cash reimbursement .
- Raise office stationary item, branch used plastic bag, stockist plastic bag, stockist paper subsidy product paper bags.
Requirement :
-Prior experience in sales and retail.
-Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English and Malay and other language would be advantageous
-Knowledge in MS office. excel and word.
-Motivation to work through busy shift
Work location : Ayer Itam, Penang
