What will your role be?
  • To perform daily admin tasks, various reporting, process payment and agency support.
  • To provide customer service and attend agents’ enquiries from time to time.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
  • Minimum Diploma or any equivalence.
  • Applicants with minimum 2 years working experience in insurance agency admin will be added advantage.
Must have skills
  • Good customer service and communication skill.
  • Responsible and committed.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
