- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Must have experiences in data analysis and reporting
- Candidate with experiences in MS Excel (Pivot table/ hlookup/ vlookup) is added advantage

Responsibilities:
- Input, verify and confirm customer orders through order processing.
- Handle all customer’s enquiries and process order and monitor delivery status to ensure resolution to customer’s satisfaction.
- Liaise and coordinate shipping efforts between global customers, factories, warehouse and 3rd party suppliers.
- Provide daily administration support duties including updating of reports, documents, controls and filling.
- Ensure timely reporting and monitory of inventory and backlog status.
- Monitoring of customer’s billing and conduct frequent credit check to ensure that credit facilities granted to customers are in line with company policy.
- To provide speedy and accurate support to distributors and direct customers on matter pertaining to customer needs.
- To provide logistics solution pertaining to customer needs.
- Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely closure of all complaints.
- Close monitoring of monthly sales target to ensure that it is line with the amount forecasted.
- To assist sales personnel in processing sample request.
