Responsibilities

  • Provides a wide range of support services for all level of staffs (Sales & Services)
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email and in-person
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
  • Process relevant reports (perform data analysis / data interpretation)
  • Manage general administrative duties

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Those who are able to speak in Mandarin are encourage to apply
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
