The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Update daily trackers for first/middle/last mile operational functions in Shopee Xpress
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service & delivery support calls and emails
- Monitor, track and check daily activities and utilization level against targeted number
- Provide information to stakeholder about daily tracker performance or whenever is required
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly summary report for all operational functions in Shopee Xpress
- Coordinate operations performance result with respective functional PIC
- Coordinate operations performance result with BI and Projects team
- Work cross-functionally across multiple teams to push for process and system improvements.
- Maintain updated records for all operations trackers
- Oversee the performance level and highlight to relevant stakeholders whenever target is not achieved
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as per requested by department head/reporting line
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations is preferred
- Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders is required
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
