Advertising lifestyle company is looking for a Skillful Designer with previous experiences in the advertising agency with social media experiences.

JOB TITLE : DESIGNER

DEPARTMENT : CREATIVE

REPORTING TO : CREATIVE DIRECTOR

JOB ROLE AND FUNCTIONS

1. Design creative advertising visual communications for clients
2. Develop advertising campaign to best represent advertising information
3. Implement marketing concept through effective visual, design, graphic and pictorial communication
4. Support the Art Director/Heads to present Hakuhodo’s pitch to potential clients
5. Design and enhance the articles, bulletin, sales letter, speeches and other related informative and promotional material including digital materials
6. Responsible for ATL, BTL & TTL activities for advertising ideas and concepts

DETAILED KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Develop creative design in line with client Able to conceptualize clients’ needs and create product and specific campaign persuasive original design for clients’ campaign
Develop advertising campaign through pleasing Develop concept and idea for the advertising and communicative design campaign including design product specification and features
Implement marketing concepts through team Development and creation of contents from the brainstorming concept
Design promotional material Creatively design and translate promotional material to best represent the product
Responsible for ATL, BTL and TTL activities Ensures the design is best represented each medium
Proof check and edit advertising material Edit and revise design to ensures the promotional material is best represented with zero error

Any other functions or duties deemed necessary to be carried out in course of performing the job role and duties

2. Excellent command of the design language.

4. Ability to design in varying styles and assume different tones according to the need of the project and the target audience
5. Organized and well prepared with the ability to work as part of the team to reach the project and Hakuhodo’s objectives.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Minimum qualification: Degree in design or its equivalent
Experience level: 1-5 years of related experience
Required skills: Exposure in international advertising agency preferably with social media experience
Other necessary skills: Aggressive and result oriented, Good interpersonal and client care skills, Computer skills
