• Detailed website analysis using Google Analytics for six patient and six physician websites among JAPAC countries
• Prepare monthly reports on findings; illustrate KPIs with graphs; and translating complex results into actionable insights
• Analyze KPIs including conversions, the most viewed contents for each funnel of user journey, the average time spent, etc.
• Analyze digital marketing campaigns and associated ROI, including information from websites and Marketo emailing (cost per click/acquisition, click through rates/open rates, and key performance indicators)
• Lead Website SEO implementation for six patient websites and six physician websites while collaborating with in-county marketers
• Effectively communicate with all the JAPAC countries’ marketers to implement both internal/external SEO with local languages (English, Korean, Mandarin, Thai) by including relevant keywords into existing/new contents in order to increase search presence
• Develop digital marketing dashboards to show digital marketing metrics on Tableau by collaborating with JAPAC IT team
• Create a robust digital marketing dashboard on Tableau for both management team and marketers by articulating key analytical insights of websites performance

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of digital marketing analysis experience
• Experience in healthcare industry and/or agency background preferred
• Google Analytics Certification strongly preferred/Using Google Analytics on daily basis
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation tool (Marketo) and BI tool

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
