Position Summary:
The Records Manager will establish and implement an organization-wide records management program. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver with a positive, “can do” attitude who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
Essential Job Functions:
- Establish and implement an organization-wide records management program to ensure that all electronic and hard copy records are maintained, stored, and destroyed through a standardized process and in compliance with Company policies.
- Develop records management policies, procedures, guidelines, and training.
- Inventory and organize a large volume of decentralized electronic and hard copy records and work with stakeholders to digitize and store records in accordance with Company policies.
- Work with various business units within the Company to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor compliance with records management policies through routine reviews and audits.
- Develop compliance metrics and periodically report to Company leadership on same.
- Must be motivated to work independently in a fast-paced environment, but also able to establish strong and collaborative relationships with team members at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required.
- Must have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- The Records Manager will work out of EG America’s Westborough, MA headquarters, and is expected to be on site 5 days a week.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 6 years of records management experience, preferably in a large organization in a regulated industry.
- Experience directing, developing, and planning records management programs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification in records management (CRM)
- Familiarity with FileBound document management system.
