Position Summary:

In partnership with the President, Jared and VP, Jared Marketing, provide overall creative leadership and strategy to expand and refine Jared’s creative capabilities. This includes overall brand direction, inclusive of print, digital and photography. In this role you will partner to drive and execute the global creative vision for our brand, leading the internal creative team and partnerships with external agencies. You'll be responsible for every creative expression of our brands and strategy for how we best leverage creative and technology moving forward.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Partner with President, Jared and VP, Jared Marketing to drive and execute the creative vision for every aspect of the brand

  • Lead and direct the creative team in the design and production of all marketing materials. Ensure all creative is on point, true to brand and flawlessly executed. Managing complexity of multiple campuses and brands in different stages of evolution

  • Partner and lead outside agencies for creative campaign work as needed. Articulate creative into a seamless process for internal teams to absorb and execute again

  • Partner closely with experience and field teams to ensure continuity of brand vision and opportunity to drive a differentiated experience for the Jared banner

  • Lead and manage with marketing team, driving multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment including the management of timelines and budgets, building a culture of accountability for self and the creative teams

Position Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors; Masters preferred

Acceptable Job-Related Experience: High end luxury brand experience preferred, retail ++

Years of Job-Related Experience: 10 + years experience in Creative leadership capacity
