1. Memastikan barang keluaran DESA dihantar mengikut laluan yang ditentukan oleh majikan serta menjaga kebenaran dan keselamatan kereta di bawah jagaan.
2. Memastikan kenderaan yang dibawah jagaan mempunyai cukai jalan, permit dan sijil pemeriksaan berkala yang sah dan memaklumkan seminggu (7 hari) sebelum tamat tempoh cukai jalan, permit dan sijil pemeriksaan berkala untuk tindakan
3. Memastikan produk untuk barangan yang dihantar kepada pelanggan dalam keadaan yang baik dan jumlah yang asal
