About This Role

We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Electronic/electrical assembly and sub-assembly processes including precision electrical, mechanical, cable and harness assemblies
• Perform self-inspection and testing of assemblies produced
• May also be qualified (via Quality System) to perform final inspections of assemblies
• Works with engineers to assist in the development of new products or processes
• Other related duties as required

Qualifications

• High School diploma plus 2+ years of manufacturing assembly experience is required.
• Relevant military experience in electronic equipment is a plus.
• Ability to communicate and interface with program team to plan, prioritize, and execute an aggressive manufacturing schedule.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, procedures and basic engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with tools necessary to fabricate and test electronic circuitry
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Solid background in digital and analog circuitry.
• IPC certified or able to obtain certification in J-STD-001 (Requirements for Solder & Electrical and Electronic Assemblies).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Unit and Systems Level Test experience, including performance of system calibrations, is a plus.
• Must be a US citizen able to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance.
