Job Responsibilities:

· Comprehensive calendar of high-quality mall bookings in high traffic areas in accordance with the agreed event strategy

· Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly mall/event performance and financial reports

· Provide a monthly sites/location roster to management

· Implement and manage a quality assurance strategy across fundraising activities

· Ensure key strategic locations are secured long term at cost effective rates

· Create, execute and manage an effective long-term event booking strategy

· Develop a team of locally sourced staff

Job requirement:

· A University degree is desired but not essential. Considerable and relevant experience of high-volume event booking, and planning is accepted in lieu.

· At least 2 years’ hands-on experience of high volume event planning, including: Researching, planning and booking of event locations; Managing existing event relationships; ability to understand sales related data and to utilize for future planning; ability to develop business relations with current vendors and supplier; ability to manage staff work plans and ensure effective management of people and teams

· It would also be an advantage if the person has experience of a sales related environment

· It would be an advantage if the person has worked within a Face to Face, direct marketing or fundraising environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
