Job description
Responsibilities :– Responsible for Accounts payable, cash and cheque collection related matters
- Maintain good liaisons with any external parties or inter department colleagues to ensure completion of tasks
– Coding and keying in of invoices and suppliers’ details accurately in accounting system
– Prepare bank reconciliation and bank balance reports
– Check and verify sales campaigns and sales commission schemes
– Assist in ad-hoc assignments and during colleagues’ absence.
Requirements :
– Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent Accounting qualification(ie: or partial ACCA)
– Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
– Preferably with knowledge of any accounting systems
– At least with 1-2 years’ experience in handling account payable
– Independent and of high integrity
– Meticulous and shows initiatives
– Good time management to complete all tasks given and be able to meet all tight deadlines (especially month-end closing period).
